As part of the development of our activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Financial Controller/Assistant to strengthen our administrative and financial team. You will work closely with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and actively contribute to financial monitoring and performance analysis, supporting both local teams and management in Belgium and France.

You are a true administrative all-rounder with an affinity for industrial technology. As an Assistant Accountant, you are responsible for the daily follow-up of invoices and accounting, and you actively contribute to improvements and automation together with management.
You are accurate, flexible, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a currently small, but fast-growing company.

Your responsibilities :
You will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and analytical follow-up of the company, in close collaboration with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and management in France.
- Ensure administrative and accounting follow-up: validation, booking, and issuance of invoices, optimization of tools (Excel).
- Participate in monthly closings in collaboration with EY (cut-off of costs and revenues).
- Manage declarations (VAT and statutory obligations).
- Organize and monitor payments and cash flow.
- Perform monthly performance analyses (margins, sites, clients, personnel) and provide reporting to management.
- Contribute to client invoicing, pricing, and revenue development.
- Participate in audits, internal control, and continuous process improvement.
- Monitor depreciation and advise management on financial matters.
What you bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel skills and interest in financial data analysis.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management.
